I'm Amy, and I'm thrilled to introduce myself as the founder of FLOW PEPPY. As a passionate pilates instructor, movement is my obsession and helping others enjoy the beauty of pilates. Known for my peppy personality and high energy classes I wanted to infuse these qualities into Flow Peppy and bring my clients a piece of my spirit. I aim to empower you to feel confident and fabulous in every workout—and to remind you that it’s okay to stand out and be different!!
